yHomes is a brand operated by YAZI Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. yHomes evaluates residential properties for potential acquisition. Where a property is located within our active acquisition area, we or our affiliated buyers may present a purchase offer. Where a property falls outside our current acquisition area, we may refer your inquiry to a vetted local real estate professional or acquisition partner with whom we maintain an active referral relationship, at no additional cost to you. 3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this website. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are the owner, co-owner, authorized representative, or agent of the property about which you are submitting information, and that you have the legal authority to discuss or negotiate the sale of the property described. If you are submitting on behalf of an estate, trust, or entity, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Refer your inquiry to a vetted local real estate buyer or acquisition partner in your area with whom we maintain an active agreement;

Contact you to gather additional information about your property and situation.

Submitting your information does not create any obligation on your part to sell your property, and does not constitute an offer, contract, or guarantee of any purchase price. We do not act as a licensed real estate agent or broker and do not list properties for sale on the open market.

5. SELLER INTAKE FORMS — IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES

By submitting a property inquiry form on this website or any affiliated form that references these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

6. NO AGENCY RELATIONSHIP

Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship between you and yHomes or YAZI Enterprises LLC. yHomes does not act as your agent, advocate, or representative. 15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of this website that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in Sheridan County, Wyoming. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST YAZI ENTERPRISES LLC IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR SUBMISSION OF ANY FORM.
